Last week, Ericka Aviles was recognized at the Nevada Governor’s Hispanic Trailblazer Awards, celebrating leaders whose dedication, service, and impact continue to make a difference across Nevada.

As the founder of EAC, Ericka has built more than a business. Through her leadership, her work with Team EAC, and her commitment to advocating for our community, she continues to create opportunities and make an impact across Nevada.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, Ericka got to celebrate a little differently and share this incredible accomplishment with her mom, her sister, and her daughters, making the moment even more special.

A meaningful reminder of the journey that brought her here, the impact she continues to make, and all that’s still ahead. We’re proud to celebrate this moment with you, Ericka!
