Every two years the President of the Nevada IWF Forum appoints a Nominating Committee to propose a slate of officers and members of the board for presentation to the membership for a vote. Per our bylaws, the nominating committee must consist of four members from the current Board of Directors and two members from the general membership.

This committee shall:

1. Establish criteria and qualifications for Officers and Directors;
2. Seek out persons who meet those criteria;
3. Nominate persons to be Officers and Directors;
4. Assess the performance of Officers and Directors with the view to considering whether they should be nominated for another term; and
5. Perform the duties described in Article V (A) of the Bylaws.
