Vegas Chamber appoints new chairwoman, calls on national search for CCSD superintendent

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The new Chairwoman of the Vegas Chamber is ready to make her voice heard.

Betsy Fretwell, Chief Operating Officer of Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix and former city manager was appointed during the Annual State of the Chamber Luncheon on Wednesday.

News 3's Kim and Dana Wagner hosted the big night and joined in her welcoming.

In her new role, Fretwell says she plans to call for more regional collaboration and work to maximize the economic impact of big sporting events for the community and local small businesses.
