IWF Nevada member, Alexia Vernon, CEO of the global executive communication and vocal empowerment firm, Step into Your Moxie, will share insights from over two decades in the TEDx community—co-organizing events, coaching speakers worldwide, delivering her own TEDx talk on a new paradigm for feminism, and most recently guiding her 11-year-old daughter, Kaia Vernon-Oliveira, to the TEDxLasVegas stage.

After her presentation, Alexia will be joined by Kaia and Dr. Kristen Averyt, IWF Nevada member and a fellow TEDxLasVegas speaker. During a candid conversation and audience Q&A, they will share their TEDx experiences and share tips for what it takes to craft and deliver talks that resonate, delight, and create lasting impact.
