Jeff Sutich is the Executive Director of the Northern Nevada Development Authority.  He has been engaged in economic development and global trade efforts in multiple capacities in Nevada for over 14 years and supported trade efforts in over 60 countries.

Jeff earned his Master’s in Business Administration, has a Bachelor of Art degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University Nevada Reno.   

Sutich began his career with the State of Nevada as a Labor Economist then moved to the Governor's Office of Economic Development to support global trade efforts. Jeff spent several years working for the Department of Agriculture as an International Trade Specialist where he represented Nevada during NAFTA trade talks and built a global trade and economic development program there.  Following his time with the State, Jeff joined NV Energy as a Business Development Executive, before taking on the role of Executive Director for NNDA in 2022.  In the meantime, Jeff has formed two companies (Suitich Custom Suits and Dine by Design with Pique-Nique) and is in the process of launching a PAAS (Platform As A Service) tech company.  

Jeff is a 6^th generation Nevadan, growing up in Spring Creek, happily married to his wife Jenny, has two kids and is passionate about supporting economic development in Nevada and helping Nevada businesses succeed.
