“The Truth About AI and 5 Generations in the Workplace,”  Marla Letizia will explore the balance between technology and timeless human wisdom. While artificial intelligence can rapidly scan cyberspace and deliver facts, it lacks lived experience, empathy, and intuition—the very qualities that shape real leadership. The generation between 65 to 100 and beyond, carries with it decades of insight, compassion, and a depth of perspective that no algorithm can replicate. These seasoned professionals have walked through challenges, made tough decisions, and built the resilience that only life can teach. Their presence reminds us that knowledge isn’t just about information—it’s about wisdom, guidance, and the human touch that gives meaning to facts.  Always remembering that Longevity and Ageism cannot co-exist in the same culture.

In 2015, Marla Letizia became interested and obsessed with cooking and began to be known by close friends and family as  Nanny Bubby.  Since 2015 she has begun a website and Instagram page of followers that enjoy her #EnjoyEveryMeal statement. And “Spread Love Like Butter”  which  has caught on since this country has a huge following of grandmothers that are redefining their lives.  In February of 2019, she debuted on KLAS-TV 8 with a cooking segment called, “Let’s Get Cooking with Nanny Bubby”,  She is beginning her 6th year in 2025.


IN 2023, Letizia began an on-line and IRL (In Real Life) Community Now Living in her Long-Life Era™ Marla has started an on-line and IRL (In Real Life) community that is focused on the Mindset of living 100 years or more.  She has been invited to do radio shows, podcasts, and has a guest monthly column in the Review-Journal as well as a cooking for Longevity TV segment on Las Vegas Now on KLAS-TV-8 now going into her 6th year. She is traveling the country speaking and inspiring those who are in their mid-life (36-50 years old) that mid-life is the shortest era of their life and they need to prepare heartily for what can be the longest era of their life age 50-100 or more and how they can prepare to live like they have never lived.



Please note: if you register without paying, you will be counted as part of the final headcount unless you cancel before the cancellation deadline. Being part of the final headcount makes you responsible for payment of event fees whether or not you show up for the event per Policy 13.
