Schedule of Events:

Southern Nevada forum members will fly to Reno/Tahoe to meet up with Northern Nevada members and drive to Lake Tahoe for a special presentation by Amy Berry and lunch at UNR Lake Tahoe Campus. 

After lunch an optional walking tour of the East Shore trail will be available

and then we will return to the hotel to rest before enjoying Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival.

The following day will include a morning boat tour on Lake Tahoe to enjoy the majestic scenery and learn more about the history of the lake. 

After the boat tour we will enjoy lunch at the legendary Gar Wood's Grill and Pier

and then return to the airport for the Southern Nevada members to fly home and/or group dinner at Lone Eagle Grill.

Travel details:

We have planned the schedule for Wednesday, July 17th based on  Las Vegas forum members flying into Reno/Tahoe airport on Southwest #4195 at 7:50am.  Our base location will be in Incline Village and additional information regarding suggested hotels will be sent soon.  We will NOT be reserving a block of rooms as that would require a substantial financial guarantee.  Incline Village also has numerous short-term rental options.

*The $75 registration fee is a deposit for the event. This will cover the ticket to Shakespeare at Lake Tahoe. Once details for lunch and dinner on Wednesday are finalized, invoices will be updated with remaining fees for those meals.
