Rosemary currently serves as Board Member and Executive Committee, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco; Board Member Murphy USA, Inc.; Board Member SCAN Health;  and Board Member TFI International. She is also Retired President, UPS Northern California.

She has excelled in uncovering market opportunities, developing clients, and applying technology to transform both organizational process and culture. For 22 years, Turner has served as President of UPS, applying her proven strengths in business development, relationship management, and operational stewardship, with responsibility for the performance of over 17,000 employees and a P&L of over $2 billion.
