Yolanda King is an accomplished executive leader and finance expert with a proven record of guiding organizations through complex challenges and driving sustainable growth. She is the Principal Consultant at King Strategies, LLC, a firm specializing in organizational and fiscal strategy, social impact initiatives, and government relations.
Yolanda served more than three decades with Clark County, Nevada, the 11th largest county government in the nation, advancing through leadership roles in public finance before becoming Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer/County Manager. In these roles, she managed a $9.4 billion enterprise. She led a workforce of over 10,000 employees across diverse, customer-facing departments delivering essential public services, including the eighth-busiest airport in the U.S. and the state's largest public hospital.
Yolanda has been recognized throughout her career for her vision and leadership, receiving awards from the National Association of Counties, the Junior League of Las Vegas, the Innovation Housing Award, and Kappa Alpha Psi.
Yolanda holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
