Bio
Chris is the Founder and CEO of AMPLITUDE, LLC a company focused on amplifying the results of executives, leaders and teams. She and the AMPLITUDE team provide high-impact training, facilitation and coaching services to some of the best and brightest companies and teams across the globe.
Additionally, Chris is a Partner and Master Trainer at Emergenetics International, where she leads efforts in continuing education, and facilitation of Emergenetics workshops and virtual sessions.
Prior to starting AMPLITUDE, Chris founded and served as Chief Learning Officer for the Saint Mary’s Learning Institute, a service of Saint Mary’s Health Network. She has more than 20 years of senior Human Resources experience, most recently as the Vice President of Human Services for Saint Mary’s. She holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska and undergraduate degrees in business and psychology from Doane College.
Chris also holds certifications in a number of other leadership and team training areas. She is a Master Trainer with Rapport Leadership International. She also keynotes on the topics of communication, conflict resolution, and personal power.
She and her husband, John Breternitz, live in Reno NV and Twin Bridges MT.
