Ioneer Ltd., an American lithium-boron supplier, has appointed Rose McKinney-James as one of two new independent non-executive directors on its board.

McKinney-James is a Nevada-based expert in environmental business and technology policy, renewable and clean energy advocacy, and sustainable development. “Rose brings with her decades of experience in ESG and sustainability governance, advocacy and strategy, and is uniquely positioned to support Ioneer as we grow to become the largest domestic supplier of lithium and an important voice in electrification in the United States,” said Ioneer Executive Chairman James Calaway.
