For our new members, our Statewide Gatherings have typically been a time for all members, north and south, to gather together as one Nevada Forum. We historically have rotated these meetings every 18 months between northern and southern Nevada where each branch of our Nevada Forum has had a chance to show off their respective communities. This year we’re forced to do it virtually, of course.

At this year’s Gathering you’ll learn all about the 2022 IWF World Leadership Conference that we’ll be hosting in Las Vegas where we’ll welcome over 1,200 women leaders from around the world – women who are heads of countries, astronauts, scientists, philanthropists and other impressive leaders like yourselves.

To attend a World Leadership Conference is inspirational; to host one is truly an honor.

We’re going to need everyone’s support and involvement to put on this conference, so this will be a great opportunity for you to hear more about the various ways you can be involved, especially if you’ve never had an opportunity to attend an international IWF conference.

In addition to hearing more about what the World Leadership Conference is and what it means to Las Vegas and our Forum to host this prestigious event, you’ll hear from the co-chairs of the conference and be there for the announcement and recognition of the committee chairs for the overall event in 2022.

We’ll wrap up our time together with our fellow IWF member, Missy Young, Chief Information Officer for Switch, giving a dynamic presentation about the impact of AI and technology on the future of business and the growth of Nevada.

Now, about the Dine Arounds. You’ll be receiving a separate invitation to attend an intimate gathering of 8-12 of your fellow members on an evening to be determined the week of February 8. Watch for a message from your hostess to come!

This gathering will provide you with an opportunity to be part of our Forum’s most important goal for the next two years – producing an extremely successful World Leadership Conference in 2022 that benefits our members, our communities, and our fellow IWF members.
