Bio
Amanda Hilton is the President of the Nevada Mining Association. Previously General Manager of KGHM’s U.S. Operations, she is a fourth-generation Nevada native who grew up in Reno and Ely, graduating from White Pine High School. Amanda is past-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nevada Mining Association and was also appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Mining Association.
During her eighteen years with KGHM’s Robinson Nevada Mining Company, she has worked in a variety of roles and was appointed General Manager in 2017.
Amanda earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She and her husband have two young children and love to enjoy the many outdoor recreational activities in White Pine County.
