Member of the Executive Management Team and Board of Management. Responsibility for driving top line and new business development for the company. Supporting CEO on Strategic Direction of Company.

Responsible for all areas of sales and marketing. Direct responsibility for growing distribution, driving business development and educating all channel partners. Ergonomic specialist, involved in new product development as a technical expert focused on ergonomics.
Jan 2003 – Mar ‘06 Via Seating: VP Specialty Sales
Transitioned Aeris distribution successfully to Via (a contract seating manufacturer out of Sparks NV). Developed a new specialty distribution sector for Via with new partners, new products and new markets.
May 2001 – Jan ‘03 Aeris USA: Marketing Director:
Developed US distribution for a German based seating manufacturing company, secured industry recognized– ‘most innovative product 2001 & ‘Gold Award – Workstation Task Seating’ and launched their brand and products in the US.
Sept 1999 – May ‘01 Start Up Companies:
On arriving in US, assisted in developing business models for startup companies ranging from functional foods to full utilization of newly emerging online sales platforms (ebay) for traditional used goods sellers.

This role involved the development and delivery of training programs on customer satisfaction, communication techniques, marketing programs and change implementation for the organization e.g. Introduction of Euro and transition of BOI network to the Euro-zone. These training solutions were provided to new and existing staff of the organization at all levels.
June 90 – March 98 Bank of Ireland, Parliament St. Kilkenny IRL – District Coordinator of Foreign Exchange.
Main responsibilities included – reporting district foreign exchange activity to the regional office. Train staff as necessary on new developments, cash keeping, customer service, foreign exchange, identifying customer needs and
delivering financial services to meet these needs.
Special Sales Task Force: Proactively market Bank of Ireland products to new and existing customers on a regional basis.
