Stacy Watkins leads all aspects of Lexicon Bank’s team, client services,
operations, and commercial lending initiatives. With 31 years of
banking experience and 24 years at a leadership level, she fosters
business and community partnerships while enhancing the bank’s
presence in the community. Under her executive leadership, Lexicon
Bank has expanded new product offerings, tripled its team size,
achieved key financial targets year after year, and recently launched its
Nationwide SBA Division - a feat very few new banking institutions
have achieved in their first few years of operation.
A leader in the Southern Nevada community, Stacy Watkins demonstrates her dedication to furthering Las Vegas’ economic mobility and financial literacy by volunteering with several nonprofits and community service opportunities. She was a past Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and served as Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign, Family Gifts Division. Additionally, Stacy spearheads the Lexicon Bank Community Spotlight program — a monthly initiative that highlights local non-profit organizations making a difference in the community and connects them with banking partners and clients to help support their missions.
Ms. Watkins is an accomplished leader with a strong commitment to community service and professional excellence. She was appointed to the California Community Banking Network in 2023 and joined the Nevada State University Foundation Board in 2024, reflecting her dedication to advancing education and fostering economic growth. She has been a distinguished member of the Nevada Forum Chapter of the International Women’s Forum since 2021. In 2025, she was appointed as Treasurer of the Board. Additionally, she also began serving on the UNLV Commercial Banking Program Advisory Board and the Nevada Advisory Council for Financial Literacy. From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Watkins contributed her leadership and expertise to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC).
Stacy is also a dedicated member of several prominent organizations, including the Vegas Chamber Executive Women’s Council and the Vegas Chamber President's Club, which she has proudly supported since 2020. Since 2021, she has actively participated in the Nevada Corporate Giving Foundation and the Nevada Forum of the International Women’s Forum. Her achievements have been widely recognized through numerous accolades, including honors from Real Magazine’s Women Who Wow, Las Vegas Women’s Fearless Females, Las Vegas Business Press’ Women Who Mean Business, Vegas Inc.’s Top 40 Under 40, Las Vegas Weekly’s Women Inspiring Nevada, the SafeNest HOPE Heroes Award, Silver State Awards Executive of the Year, American Cancer Society’s 2025 Game Changer Gala Honoree, and Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada’s 2025 Dessert Before Dinner Honoree.
