Bio
Katherine H. Antonello has served as president and chief executive officer and board member of Employers Holdings, Inc. (EHI) since April 2021. She joined EHI in August 2019 as executive vice president, chief actuary. Prior to that, Kathy was chief actuary of NCCI and led the Actuarial and Economic Services division.
Kathy is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and has served as president and as a member of the Board of Directors. Kathy is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She serves on the Kids Chance of America Advisory Board and enjoys membership on the Orange Bowl Committee since 2014 and the Nevada Chapter of the International Women’s Forum.
Kathy earned her BS in mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College.
