Alexia serves as a Fractional Chief Learning Officer for growing companies looking for bespoke coaching, training, and team building programs that empower their people to speak up and influence. And as a sought-after advisor to executives, senior and emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, and speakers, Alexia has supported thousands of global clients to speak with an unshakeable presence, sell their ideas, navigate daring conversations, develop high-performing teams, advance their thought leadership, and make a lasting positive social impact.
Through her executive and speaker coaching, Alexia’s clients have delivered pitches that garnered 9-figure investor offers. They’ve delivered international keynotes, TEDx talks, presented to corporate boards, before Congress, and been interviewed by Oprah!

While Alexia’s clients call her a “speaking whisperer,” she not only develops speakers, she also delivers keynotes, experiential training, and leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, and professional associations such as Google, Amazon, Medtronic, Zappos, Aristocrat Technologies, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the RTC of Southern Nevada.

Alexia is the author of multiple books including the multi-award-winning Step into Your Moxie: Amplify Your Voice, Visibility, and Influence in the World. She is also the creator of the popular LinkedIn Learning course, Communicating to Drive People to Take Action.
With a background in women’s studies, drama education, and improv, prior to launching her own consulting company in 2007, Alexia led professional development and social justice programs for various nonprofit, arts, and educational institutions, and taught women’s studies, public speaking, and theatre for multiple colleges.
Alexia chairs Las Vegas HEALS’ HR Healthcare Task Force, is a member of the invite-only Young Entrepreneurs Council (YEC), and is the Past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Nevada and Association for Talent Development (ATD) Greater Las Vegas chapters.
