Alexia is the author of multiple books including Step into Your Moxie: Amplify Your Voice, Visibility, and Influence in the World (New World Library and Penguin Random House Audio). She is also the creator of the popular LinkedIn Learning course, Communicating to Drive People to Take Action.
With a background in women’s studies, drama education, and improv, prior to launching her own consulting company in 2007, Alexia developed and led professional development and social justice programs for various nonprofit, arts, and educational institutions, and she has taught women’s studies, public speaking, theatre, and improv for multiple colleges.
Alexia completed Coach U's Core Essentials and Advanced Coaching Programs. She is a member of the Nevada International Women's Forum (IWF), Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce's Executive Women's Council, and she is a Past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Nevada and Association for Talent Development (ATD) Greater Las Vegas.
