Bio
Maureen is currently a Director of PNM Resources, Inc (NYSE: PNM) and Everi Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EVRI). PNM is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and provides generation, transmission and distribution of electricity through its subsidiaries, Public Service Company of New Mexico and Texas-New Mexico Power Company. She serves on the Finance and Compensation Committees. Everi is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and designs, develops, and manufactures casino games, as well as provides cash access and customer relationship marketing technologies to the legalized gaming industry. At Everi, Maureen is a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees. From 2008 to 2013, she was a director of NV Energy, Inc (NYSE: NVE) when the company was sold to Mid-American Energy Holdings Company, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.
Previously, Maureen enjoyed a successful 18 year career at International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), a leading global supplier of gaming equipment and systems technology. She served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for 10 years after holding a variety of financial and executive management positions during her tenure with the company.
Maureen is active in the Reno, Nevada community having served on many not-for-profit boards, including the University of Nevada Foundation, Nevada Museum of Art, Renown Health System, the Desert Research Institute, the Nevada Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and the Community Foundation of Western Nevada.
Ms. Mullarkey has a B.S. in geology from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Nevada.
She and her husband, Steve Miller enjoy spending time with friends and family, enjoying outdoor activities in and around Lake Tahoe and traveling.
