I have practiced law in Nevada for over three decades in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and appellate law. I am a certified business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification and am AV-rated by Martindale Hubbel. I taught bankruptcy and corporate reorganization law from 2014 through 2017 at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, and I regularly lecture on bankruptcy law.
